Mit dem Mittel der Malerei soll „Geschmack“ im weitesten Sinne erforscht werden. Die Werkserie hinterfragt einerseits die Einwirkung des Menschen auf die Natur, andererseits den blinden Fleck, den der Geschmacksinn im menschlichen Bewusstsein hinterlässt, beziehungsweise dessen Auswirkungen auf Lebenssituation und Urteil. Using painting as a medium, the project explores the concept of “taste” in its broadest sense. On the one hand, the series of works examines the human impact on nature; on the other, it explores sensually the blind spot that the sense of taste leaves in human consciousness, as well as its effects on living conditions and judgment.
